The 805 Room Studio Opens Its Doors,
Offering State-of-the-Art Recording and Production Services
Santa Barbara, CA - September 1, 2018 - The full-service The 805 Room studio officially commenced operations, providing a comprehensive range of professional services including recording, mixing, editing, production, and access to a talented roster of musicians. The studio, meticulously designed by renowned LA acoustic engineers Kaufman and Associates, and built under the careful supervision and active participation of owners Jim Salvito and Perry Norton, is situated in the pastoral Santa Barbara, CA.
The 805 Room was conceived by industry-savvy owners Jim Salvito and Perry Norton, and anticipated by both artists and industry pros. With exceptional amenities, the studio encompasses a main room with a Neve 5088 console, a spacious ISO booth, an amp room, and multiple dedicated songwriting areas. The design ensures an optimal creative environment, complemented by various listening environments for attainment of the most gratifying final mix. The studio's proximity to the beach, mountains, and biking/hiking trails provides abundant inspiration for artists seeking to immerse themselves in natural beauty.
Recognizing the needs of visiting artists, The 805 Room has the option of private guest quarters, enabling out-of-town musicians to conveniently reside on-site during sessions. The studio focuses on artist development, recording, engineering and production assistance, as well as providing co-writing, session musicians, and remixing services.
